Phi Vu joined 蘑菇视频APP in 2023 as Senior Director for Global Public Policy, Advocacy & Governmental Engagement.
Phi has over 20 years of experience working in U.S. government, private industry, and academic research organizations where he has utilized his academic and professional background in health policy, life sciences, and public health to support a wide range of public policy and public affairs initiatives.
Prior to joining Flagship, Phi held various health policy roles at Edelman, the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) and the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), and spent eight years managing medical countermeasures development programs at the U.S. Department of Defense.
Phi received his B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech, M.S. in Microbiology from Georgetown University, and J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law.
