Hwee Juin is Vice President, Asia Pacific, at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP. Hwee Juin leads strategy and business development in Asia-Pacific, which includes advancing strategic partnerships across industry, academia and healthcare systems in the region. In addition, she supports André Andonian, Flagship Chair of Asia Pacific and Strategic Advisor, on key strategic and operational elements pertaining to Flagship’s growth and expansion in the region.
Hwee Juin joined Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP from Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines Asia-Pacific, where she was Director, Strategic PMO and Chief-of-Staff, and led strategic initiatives including an APAC-wide transformation in Commercial Excellence and Inline/pipeline Marketing. Prior to J&J, Hwee Juin was Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she advised clients in the Life Sciences and Consumer sectors on their go-to-market, digital & analytics strategies, as well as led the implementation of advanced analytics use cases to improve commercial effectiveness.
Hwee Juin spent her early career in the Biomedical Sciences team at the Economic Development Board of Singapore, driving foreign direct investments in the medical devices, diagnostics and life science tools sectors, as well as developing and implementing initiatives to develop the MedTech innovation and commercialisation ecosystem in Singapore.
Hwee Juin holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science with Distinction in Biomechanical Engineering and French, as well as a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
