Amy Lyons joined Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP in 2024 as Senior Director of Communications. In this role, she leads the development and execution of communications strategies for Pioneering Medicines and Pioneering Intelligence.

Amy brings more than 20 years of corporate communications experience to her role, working with emerging and established businesses across the B2B, health IT, biotech, and consumer industries. She was previously Vice President of Communications at Sherlock Biosciences, an engineering biology company leveraging CRISPR to advance next-generation diagnostics for home use. At Sherlock, she provided leadership and strategic oversight across all aspects of communications from media relations and thought leadership, to investor relations and brand positioning. Prior to Sherlock, Amy served as Managing Partner of SHIFT Communications, an award-winning integrated communications agency, where she served as the US operational lead, and provided leadership and counsel to clients focused on messaging, executive thought leadership and crisis communications. Amy has been recognized as both a PM360 Trailblazer Award Brand Champion in Medical Devices/Diagnostics and a PRÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵAPP Top Woman in PR.

Amy received a Master's in public administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. in political science from Hollins University.
