e-Dialog Ranks Highest Overall Among Service-Oriented E-mail Marketing Providers in Independent Survey
Prominent Analyst Cites Company's Business Value, Account Servicing, Strategic and Creative Input, Campaign Management and Analysis Applications as Keys to Success LEXINGTON, Mass., October 18, 2005 -- JupiterResearch, in its recently released report, " E-mail Marketing Buyer’s Guide, 2005 " (October 2005) ranked e-Dialog the highest overall among service-oriented e-mail marketing providers. JupiterResearch’s report included an in-depth evaluation of 30 e-mail marketing service providers (ESPs). "Stand-alone ESPs not only account for more revenue and e-mail volume than mixed-media ESPs do, but also outperform the overall market regarding average annual growth. Overall, ESPs covered in this report grew by 30 percent from June 2004 to June 2005. For the same period by category, mixed-media ESPs grew by 25 percent, and stand-alone ESPs grew by 33 percent," JupiterResearch reported. "Although JupiterResearch expects consolidation to continue, buyers should be skeptical of the all-in-one approach. No on-demand or service-based analogue in the technology sector illustrates consolidation of related services radically delivers more value."
